Anxiety may cause you to have a physiological (rapid heartbeat, headache, tension, profuse perspiration), behavioral ("going blank" and indecisiveness), or even a psychological effect (nervousness). Test anxiety, most commonly, is caused by a lack of test preparation. It can also be caused by worrying about past performance, concern how others are dong on a test, and worrying about the consequences of not doing well.
This presentation offers some strategies to help those that struggle with test anxiety, alleviate some of that burden and perform at their best during an exam.
