One of my most recent elective classes was developed as a result of resources provided here. Science in Sci-Fi has quickly become one of my favorite electives to teach. In works of good science fiction, the “science” is often to be taken seriously. This course allows us to explore many different topics, and tackle science with captivating and imaginative stories.

These two sisters are on a mission to demystify science with humor and relevance by creating videos, GIFs, comics, and resources (such as their handouts and Unlectured Series). These resources, though corny, are extremely helpful in presenting Biologic concepts in a manner that students can understand.
